• When I purchased my phone at Best Buy they said you can't avoid the AT&T installment plan but you CAN make a large down payment. I did an only had to put $50 on the installment plan which you CAN pay off early without a penalty.

• Yes. Just ask them in store. I did it with my phone.

• Have to have an installment plan but can pay it off after a few billing cycles
