- Answer We had to pay a one time activation fee on each of our phones. This appeared on our Verizon bill.

QuestionAre you able to actually block certain numbers from certain callers? Meaning that the unwanted/blocked caller will not be permitted to leave you a voicemail nor text message.

- Answer You can block a number from your Contacts list or in Recents in your calls list. It’s at the bottom of the number listing in both places in red print. I’m not sure if it will block your notifications or messages from that number or not. My last phone was an Android and I still got notifications and voice messages from numbers I had blocked, but it did not ring for blocked numbers.

- Answer ABSOLUTELY! They are HANDS DOWN THE BEST place to go to take care of that. Remember to take your Apple Password with you and they are able to do that! I don’t believe there is a fee, but I am not 100% certain. Since I pay for iCloud I easily have access (with my password) to my information and it makes things very smooth! 5 out of 5 stars!
