Hello, You can trade your phone in but it will be with Best Buy and what they offer for a trade in not AT&T. Go on to BB website and do a trade in calculation to see what you could get. Do the trade in first and use the gift card they give you on your phone purchase. If you want to do the trade in via AT&T you can mail it in but the trade in value will be different.
