Q: QuestionI want to upgrade to the iPhone 12 and I want to trade in my iPhone 7 Plus, is it possible to trade it in here and get money off of my total because I have at&t?

• A:Answer Hello, You can trade your phone in but it will be with Best Buy and what they offer for a trade in not AT&T. Go on to BB website and do a trade in calculation to see what you could get. Do the trade in first and use the gift card they give you on your phone purchase. If you want to do the trade in via AT&T you can mail it in but the trade in value will be different.

• A:Answer No. If you choose AT&T, it is carrier locked. Carrier locked means that you can only use it on that carrier's network. Best buy does not have an unlocked option. If you buy directly from Apple (https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-iphone/iphone-12) you can buy the unlocked phone for $30 more than regular price. (That's the same price as from Cricket)

• A:Answer Sure, you better hurry...based on timing you should be able to get $350 trade credit which will be applied to your bill. It may take upwards of three months to sort out the changes but I just traded-in a iPhone SE (2nd Gen) and got $350 reduced from the payment plan...Yippie. You'll maybe may one normal payment then the rate will change once the changes catch up
