• I also had a carrier already (Verizon) and didn't need a carrier activation. I bought the phone and set it up myself, using the SIM from my previous phone. I don't know if there are limitations that come with TMOBILE, or if this phone will work with TMOBILE. That would be the remaining question I would have.
