That’s how t-mobile screws people! Never go the bill credit route! If it’s not a deduction of the purchase price don’t do it because you will not own the phone until the bill credits are done.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can, you bill credits remain as far as you don't cancel the lines with your EIP (funding agreement) that you purchased the iPhone 12 with. Your agreement with TMobile is financial - you have a liability of the residual value until the agreement is paid off. It doesn't matter what phone you have on the line - think of it like a bank loan, which TMobile also credits every month on your behalf as far as you keep the service line active.
