yes, this is an apple product and yes mine crack after 7 months but one of the reviews crack after a month

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Def cracks easily if dropped from a high place. It’s made of hard plastic not like the TPU cases on Amazon. Also there is a specific way to put on the case that is shown on the box to prevent cracking the case when putting it on or off

I bought the clear case for the iPhone 12 Pro Max back when it came out, and also purchased this case for the 13 Pro Max when it came out late last year. The 12 Pro Max version definitely had the cracking issues (I remember it cracking the first time I took it off), but so far I haven't had any cracking issues for the 13 Pro Max version--and that's with me putting it on and taking it off regularly to switch between different cases. My guess is that Apple got tired of having to replace the older clear case models due to complaints, and fixed the issue for the iPhone 13 series.
