Is this locked to the carrier you choos? null

When purchasing your iPhone through a carrier, there will be a set number of days or months (time frames vary per network provider) in which that device is locked to that carrier. If you switch network providers later down the line, it is possible tot switch.

Use Apple.com and select the "unlocked option" then you can activate your device with a specialty service provider at a later time.
