When you buy an iPhone 14 Pro through BestBuy it has to be tied to either Verizon or AT&T using eSIM technology. I purchased the Verizon variant, paid full price and received an iPhone 14 Pro fully activated with "No SIN Restrictions" meaning it's "Factory Unlocked" right out of the box. If you would like to use a different carrier with the iPhone 14 Pro you will need to get a QR code from the new carrier to activate your eSIM. The iPhone 14 Pro has dual-sim technology and allows you to alternate between two different carriers on the device. Hope this helps out with your question.
