Yes, screen down there is a lip that keeps the screen from coming into contact with the surface it's resting on

Not a lot of a lip but it’s there, if it lands on the ground the screen may be compromised, but if you’re putting it down on the table, it should be fine

It has a small lip, but enough to gain some protection with it facedown on a flat surface.

Yes, there is a lip enough to help protect the front screen and back camera lenses when setting the phone down face-first or back-first.
