Unfortunately, Spectrum is not one of the network providers supported by Best Buy. Seeing as Best Buy nor any third party retailer does not have authorization to sell new iPhones in an unlocked state, you will either have to purchase the device from Spectrum directly or buy an unlocked iPhone from Apple directly and get it activated through Spectrum.

Yes I needed to go to the Spectrum store. 1 hr wait, and another hour just to preorder the phone. It was lengthy process and it was one of the first ordered by staff and many errors/delays occurred. I HOPE BEST BUY partners with Spectrum in the future. I much prefer buying my devices from BB.

I did end up purchasing from Spectrum, but it was not as efficient a process as purchases through Best Buy. I hope that it becomes an option for Best Buy in the future.

BestBuy only offers service through Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile.
