“Is it locked to those carriers ? Can I connect to any carrier world wide ?”

This question is for: Apple - iPhone 15 Pro 128GB - Apple Intelligence - Blue Titanium (AT&T)

The iPhone 15 phones at Best Buy are locked to ATT or Verizon and you would need to pay the device off and wait 60 days to get it unlocked through the carrier or go to the Apple Store and buy one that is already unlocked

Yes. Sadly best buy currently doesnt sell apple iphones from the 14 forward as unlocked. the only way to get them unlocked is from the apple store.
