- Answer Its pretty much like going to a cell store, except best buy employees do make it less painful. We have been with ATT for years but wanted to get new devices for my wife and daughter. Best Buy actually not only made the upgrade easy bit they were fast too. We were in amd out in no time. Best device prices too !! recommended from Best Buy 100%

- Answer First net is complicated for people who Aren’t trained on it. Regardless of what you do you’ll have to take it to an actual AT&T store and have them set it up all Best Buy does is sell you the phone.
