It would depend if it's a new service and ordered with a random number assigned or an existing account. There are passwords and data transfers involved plus always some technical hiccups in the process. Make your life easier and use face to face social skill development by going in any Best Buy store and doing the transaction. They have a Verizon store team there that does all of the work and resolves all of the issues that may arise. They are very friendly and helpful. This makes the entire purchase and setup immensely easier. Online purchases are not the best for some items.
