Q: when I order a phone online the phone is active.
A: It would depend if it's a new service and ordered with a random number assigned or an existing account. There are passwords and data transfers involved plus always some technical hiccups in the process. Make your life easier and use face to face social skill development by going in any Best Buy store and doing the transaction. They have a Verizon store team there that does all of the work and resolves all of the issues that may arise. They are very friendly and helpful. This makes the entire purchase and setup immensely easier. Online purchases are not the best for some items.

Loving it
Loving this phone, tbh. Upgraded from the iPhone 13 Pro Max, so much feels similar. But the screen and camera are improved, and I dig the little UI elements that are new, like the clever use of the little oval area of the screen around the forward-facing camera. Battery life has been good. Overall: very slick &pleasant experience.
