No, you want to enter the phone number at the beginning for each of the phones you want to upgrade. Just go through the upgrade process for each number. You will get a new line if that is the option you chose. If you enter the same page number the second time you will only get the add a line option so be sure you enter the phone number of the second line. It does not have to be the primary phone number on the account.
