I needed up grade my phone and the 5s is a great upgrade. I have plenty of room left to upload or download many more apps and sites. Very happy

I love my phone .. Nothing really to complain about it is far better than the rest of them ! My phone like many are there lives.. I use one for everything and the battery last longer than the the 4s I had.

Just perfect. The envy of all my friends. Didn't know I was getting such a "miraculous" item.

I had gotten the iPhone 5 when it first came out and a few months later I decided I wanted to try something new. So, I switched to the Galaxy S3 and it was ok at first but man oh man, I only had that phone for about 7-8 months and could not take it anymore. Android is the worst operating system EVER!! I couldn't WAIT to get back to my beloved iPhone! So, I got the iPhone 5S when it came out. I absolutely love the fingerprint scanner feature. I was a bit skeptical about it at first as I wondered how well it would actually work. It really does work great, I love it! The camera takes awesome pictures. The sound is nice and loud. The battery life does seem to be better than previous iPhone models. And I've got to say, it is pretty fast. It's good to have the iPhone back and will never stray from it again!! I recommend this phone 100%... I talked my mom into getting the iPhone about a year ago and she also says she will never get rid of her iPhone.

I upgraded from an iPhone 4 to the 5S. There is no comparison between the speed of the iPhone 4 and my new 5S! The 5S is lightning fast, and that was obvious right from the start! I was also impressed with the fact that the iPhone 5S is lighter and thinner, it's easier for me to deal with in middle age! I am also impressed with the larger screen and the much improved quality in my photos. I am still learning about the different options with the camera because there are more with this phone, but I am hooked on iPhones, so I'm sure I will figure out all of the things that make this phone tick! I love everything about it!

I love the iPhone 5s. It's easy to use, easy to figure out and customizable. I use this phone mostly for personal use, so far. Although I can tell it is fast becoming an invaluable work tool as well. It has so many great features and shortcuts. It's sleek and clean looking. It has flair, visually and functionally. It suits my business needs and personal needs. This phone has so many great features and I am still learning to use it to it's fullest benefits. I would say that my favorite features are SIRI, dictation and maps. Okay, FaceTime, calendar, camera and music too!

I upgraded from the iPhone 4 to the 5s. The 5s significantly faster at everything that it does. I have a lot of apps on my phone and also use it for music and it never slows down. I have had no issues with the phone other than the camera and the battery. At times, it takes awhile for the picture to be taken. However, the quality of the pictures taken are much better than any other phone I have had or seen. Even when all my apps are closed and the phone is rarely used, the battery tends to die a lot quicker than my past iPhones.

My two year old flip phone was having problems on a daily basis: wouldn't ring, would turn off, would die. I knew I needed a phone soon. BestBuy was running a special the week I got it, giving $50 gift card to upgrade to a smartphone and they price matched Target's sale price so I decided I might as well get it. I really was reluctant to get a smartphone because I am hard on my phones. I also doubted I would use its features. I am very pleased with my decision. It has excellent voice recognition and call quality. For a first smartphone, it was very easy to adjust to and really was no big deal to switch over. The size is reasonable. I wanted something I could keep in my pocket rather than clip on a belt. Adding reminders, alarms, and appointments to the calendar helps keep me organized. I worried about battery life as my flip phone would die before the end of the work day all the time even when it was new. No battery issues whatsoever. I got the Resurgence Power Case by Otterbox. It gives you 2x more battery, is slim and very clean looking. I have not had to use it at all, but like having it just in case. I put the Zagg Glass on the front (because I break most any glass part on a phone) and have not had any problem with keys and change in my pocket scratching it or breaking it. So far so good. I am very satisfied and glad I finally made the switch. Wish I had done it long ago.

I was an avid Android user. I felt that Apple products were far too over rated and unnecessarily overpriced. I got my kids Apple iPods last year and as I was setting them up, fell in love with the iOS. I decided to give the iPhone a try and was blown away! I love the stability of the system, the reliability of the hardware, the size, the screen clarity, camera quality and look and feel of the phone. I tried going back to an android one more time before going to the iPhone 5s, and my love for the iPhone was confirmed and even more deeply rooted. So many of my suspicions about the App Store were squashed (like ALL Apps cost $ in the App Store that are free in the Android Market (Google Play Store) which isn't true at all. In fact if it's free on Android, it's free on Apple). The ONLY downfall to Apple is not being able to expand the memory, but if you backup your photos and videos and remove the ones you don't need from the phone, you can keep your memory flowing well. Bottom line, it's worth every penny. Love this phone!

I absolutely love my iPhone 5s in Gold, it's just the right size it's simply gorgeous and is truly iphone at its best! My only warning is that the fingerprint sensor doesn't work so much if it's too cold outside...but then again, that's probably common sense. If you're an Apple lover like myself; you'll be more than pleased with this updated model.

I traded in a 4s and got a store credit and was able to get the5s for no out of picket money. I am so glad I did! this phone is faster,but still as easy as the 4s so if you knew how to use another IPhone product this one should be no different.

This phone is great! It's fast, screen looks great, pictures are of excellent quality. Only problem with the phone is the battery life is only average.

Love, love, love this phone!! The battery life is better on this model as long as you aren't running too many apps in the background.. The fingerprint identity is great and convenient and has added security features. The speed is better so the pages load quicker and downloads are much more quick. Calls are clear and sound/volume is great!! The camera on this model is much better… I can't tell much difference between the high definition and regular photos but the photos are crisp clear and beautifully colored!! The voice to text is not as good in my opinion, there are more errors with this model than with the iPhone 4 S. You really have to go back and read before hitting send. Over all that I need this phone is great and I love having others with the Apple products it makes communication faster and easier

Love the phone. The camera is awesome and easy to use. Phone sound quality is very good and blue tooth works in car perfectly. I also like the thin new profile.

I upgraded to the iphone mainly to have a better camera but wanted to retain a smallish cellphone. The photo quality is good (not great), though there are no manual controls or settings to adjust. The default photo viewer is very limited. You can't see metadata or edit a photo while retaining original. I prefer a smaller phone, and wish this phone was a half inch shorter, and a half inch wider. The length could have been accomplished if the screen took up the more of the face, and a wider phone would have allowed for slightly larger keys and thus fewer keystroke issues, and have provided more viewing space while retaining a pocket-able footprint. I also wish it had a Xenon type flash. The LED flash is harsh and only good for a limited distance. I also wish that apple accepted removable storage cards. Another improvement would be the 'silent' switch. It's small and awkward, and doesn't mute internet audio. Overall, the iphone 5s was the best compromise I could find in a phone. The phones with better cameras are too large, as is pretty much every smart phone on the market. I would have strongly considered the DROID MINI if it had a decent camera.

Upgraded from a iPhone 4! Much faster in speed and better camera!! Love the bigger screen and perfect size unlike other phones that were too big!! Luv, luv the voice commands and fingerprint lock screen!!

Finally got an iPhone after using the blackberry storm for years. I had already gotten used to iOS from my iPad at work so it as a very smooth transition. Speed of use and applications is staggeringly faster, as is 4GLTE compared to 3G. I use Endomondo for running and the yahoo and espn fantasy apps work very well. Any of my gripes with the device have to do with Apple dumbing down the user interface and access, but it is a great phone and I'm glad I decided to upgrade.

I am glad the screen is bigger than the 4s. It is very fast and I really was missing out on not having LTE. Battery still leaves something to be desired. Air drop is cool when it works.

Overall it's a good phone. Camera is top notch and sound is great. The battery life is not that good but it does not take long to charge the phone. Phone quality isn't great. I have numerous people tell me they can't hear me very well. But other than that I think it's a good phone.
