Absolutely, but not necessarily! As long as you are in a service area you should be able to gain access to your cloud's - where everything is being stored now, but it will cost you data unless you wifi. If you intend to use your device offline, you will be limited by the storage - for example, if you put movies on it while you go camping or on an airplane etc., you will be limited by the lack of storage space. Also if you play some games on these devices they eat up a ton of storage.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Photos & videos take up a lot of space. So if you take a lot of pictures & videos, you can transfer them to a different storage (iCloud backup / dropbox/ OneDrive/ Google drive / external hard drive) and delete them later, or buy a phone with more storage.
