• $40/month for line access charge, plus your data. This is not explained anywhere on this site or Verizon's, but trust me the line access fee is $40.

• It costs $20 on their new plans to add a smartphone. Then you choose the size of data you want. If you've purchased the phone outright, then you won't have the lease fee.
