• You can only upgrade early if Verizon gives you an early upgrade. If you go to a store, the Best Buy reps can call Verizon and see if they can get Verizon to let you upgrade early.

• with ATT my upgrade was the end of January and I was able to upgrade at the beginning of January...its best to just check that upgrade status and it might just let you upgrade at the beginning of that month too.
