• Yes. Turn on the hotspot in the settings. Then connect the laptop via wifi. The password will be in the settings on the phone. U can change the password if you want.

• Yes you can teather it with the bluetooth. Your laptop must have bluetooth too.

• Yes it is capable of being a hotspot however you need to have a plan from your carrier that allows this
