“Do I have to be a new customer to the carrier or can I get the phone and renew my contract”

• You don't have to be a new customer. We activated it on a current line in about 2 minutes on sprint.com. There was no need to renew our contract, either.

• I got my phone renewing my contract and I was ready for the upgrade over the two year contract course
