“Texts that Read: "Not Delivered" When I send a long text from my iPhone 6 Plus to my brother's LGG Flex, it says in RED "Not Delivered." Is it because the text is too long? It has only happened on texts from 15-25 lines. I can send the same text to his iPhone and it is delivered.”

Normally it does not matter how long the message is. Could it be that his LG does not accept text messages. Did you try sending to other non-iPhones? If you still have problems, you can go to your phone's carrier and they can fix it if it is a setting. You should make sure send as SMS is on. You go to setting and scroll down to messages then you will see if send as SMS is on or off.

Try turning off I message and reboot the phone and send him a text see if that works

Text messaging is limited to 160 characters. iMessage has no such limit.
