• Being an elite member has nothing to do with your contract with AT&T. I believe it's 48 hours to test the phone out and if you're not satisfied, they'll let you return it and AT&T won't charge you the $40 activation fee; after that, you will be locked into you contract.

• Just bought the 6Plus and was told that regardless of being an Elite member or not, the return is 14 days.

• You normally have 14 days to return or exchange. This is not set by Best Buy but by the service provider.
