$79.99 is the full on purchase price. The reason why these phones are so cheap is because they are carrier locked to total wireless, iPhone sixes that came out in 2014 and now are being sold in 2019/2020. Finally, these phones were carrier subsidized by total wireless. Meaning, total wireless eight most of the cost of the phone so that people would buy them cheap and then purchase service from total wireless. That is where they would make up their lost money on the initial sale of the phone.
