• The 9.99 is the cost of the phone per month for 30 months I believe. Your carriers/service plan would be anywhere from $40 - to double that or more per line. Depending on how much data you wish your plan to include. If the whole thing was $9.99. / month everyone in the world would jump on that deal!!!
