This is the same phone as the one I got at an apple store two years ago, the unlocked version ... just google the model version to make sure, it’s brand one, I got it as a back up for when my current 6s stops working, unlocked phones can be used here and in Europe as long as you have the proper size SIM card. At the store they only had refurbished so I had to order it online .
