• A:Answer Your payments will occur directly on your Verizon monthly bill. Whatever Best Buy says is the current price of this phone, when you purchase it, they will split it over 24 months on your Verizon bill. After a month or two, however, you have the freedom to pay it off completely through Verizon. Verizon will likely charge you a $30 upgrade fee (or similar) as a one-time payment. I've purchased two of these phones in 2018 and this has been my experience purchasing through Best Buy and Verizon. Hope this helps!

• A:Answer In order to use this phone on no contract, you must first buy it for the full $599 price. The $19.12/month is for post paid plans. You must buy the phone full price. After this, go to your “My Verizon” account and select “change device”. Enter the IMEI number located on the box. Confirm that’s the device you want to use. After you have confirmed it, remove the SIM card from your old phone, and insert it into the new phone. Make sure to not turn the new phone on before you insert the SIM card. After the SIM card is in, turn on the phone and follow the instructions to set up the phone.
