• I believe the answer is NO. I hope today to be able to return the TotalWireless phone that Best Buy sold me. Best Buy failed to inform me I would NOT be able to change the carrier even though I clearly indicated that is what I intended to do. I tried to change from Total Wireless (where there quoted fees were misleading) to Cricket (which is owned by AT&T). Even after transferring/porting my phone number to Cricket, getting a Cricket sim card, and paying for Cricket's auto pay, I am was unable to use Cricket (and no longer have TotalWireless access). I have a total useless phone!
