I did not pay anything up front on my IPHONE but received a Bill in the mail about a week later to pay an initial Down Payment which was more than your $27.88 !! I will start getting a Monthly Bill which will determine what my actual Payment will be. My first experience with a Cell Phone, have had a Verizon Land Line for over 60 years. Good Luck with your Plan, I am sure you will enjoy it !!
