• A:Answer No, it's not. You have to contact AT&T to unlocked it first. I think Best Buy do not sell factory unlocked iPhones.

Q: QuestionThis phone says it is unlocked; however it says this phone is for a CDMA network and also the carrier compatibility is only for AT&T. But it clearly says unlocked, is it unlocked and only able to connect to AT&T? If that’s the case it’s not unlocked.
