• It looks like approx.$29 /24 months currently and iff your son in law is the account owner, most likely needs to be present to authorize the purchase and sign agreement. Id call the store to verify but thats my recollection

• Yes he’d need to be present to add or upgrade anything to any of the lines on his account. I was on my dad’s and anytime my brother and I wanted to upgrade or add a new line he had to be present.
