Yes, they charge $30 for activation and it gets reflected on the monthly bill.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.From what I understood, you can buy the phone outright. When they get the phone they will have to pay the activation and new phone upgrade fee on their account. That's how it worked with me on Verizon.
