Having no tech skills at all I found it really easy. Like you, had always had setup in Best Buy. Also have Sprint and there were wonderful instructions to activate and transfer data from old phone to new.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It was very simple if the SIM card is included. Ours was attached to the outside of the phone box. Once inserted, we went to our Sprint account and followed the prompts to activate a phone. It prompted us to restart our phones and just like that it was swapped. Took about 5 minutes tops. One thing to note, back up your current iPhone before starting the process. When you start the new SE it will walk your through the setup and when you get to the point of putting in your Apple ID, it will offer you to use a prior backup. That is the quickest way to get ALL your content transferred over. There are tons of YouTube videos on how to do this. And if you run in to any issues, the online chat feature with sprint is very helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Wasn't hard, but it was time consuming. I upgraded from an iPhone 4s that appeared to be going into a death spiral. Relied a lot on Apple.com support & online chat support from someone there. Also had to go to Sprint store because the sym card I needed to take out of 4s didn't fit my new SE. Altogether a full day's work (I'm not expert) that actually ran to 1.5 days because needed to schedule appointments due to covid-19 staffing shortages.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We purchased online as an upgrade and with activation. So it was already activated when we picked it up. Other than that, just go through your normal iCloud log in and setup when you purchase a new phone or upgrade.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found it easier to let the phone tech do this for you. Under Covid you need to make an appointment or you may have to wait for an available associate. You still finish setup at home to get all the settings you want.
