A:AnswerHaving no tech skills at all I found it really easy. Like you, had always had setup in Best Buy. Also have Sprint and there were wonderful instructions to activate and transfer data from old phone to new.
A:AnswerI was already a Sprint customer when I purchased my phone at Best Buy. Since sprint & t-mobile merged the phone came with a SIM card which I preferred to be a t-mobile one. Eventually I was told at a sprint store that all sprint phones will get t-mobile SIM cards.
A:AnswerYou can take the SIM card out of the phone / or never put it in like I did for my 10’yr old. Works also on WiFi without the sim. Can not make reg phone calls without a carrier & SIM card. You can look up dimensions but. It is a lil bigger than iPod.
A:AnswerYes its great to use as an ipod. I gave one to my son and hes had no problem handling and taking care of it. Gave it to him as a birthday present bless his heart.
A:AnswerBest Buy, where I purchased the phone, put a T-Mobile SIM card in my phone for me. They also transferred my data from my old IPhone to my new one. I was a Sprint/T-Mobile customer when I bought the new phone.
A:AnswerThe phone I got was brand new and I kept my old number. I had to get a new SIM card because my old phone didn't have one but they sent one with it so all was awesome
