- Answer If you mean can you use the phone just for internet and have wifi at your house through someone like AT&T you can use the phone just for internet. You would not be able to make a phone call.And you would have to be home to use the internet. But if you do not have any internet at all, you would not be able to use the phone for internet. I don't see the point in buying the phone just for this reason.

- Answer I believe you can. I bought it to replace an iPhone 7 and then activated it through Verizon a few days later. I did the data transfer myself at home, which Apple makes very easy. And I transferred the SIM card myself, although there are now e-SIMs where you don't even need a physical card.

QuestionI want a new iPhone se 3rd gen. I want to pay full price now but activate with credo- a smaller carrier , not any of the big players. Is the phone unlocked in a way that I can do that. Credo uses sprint services but isn’t sprint. Let me know asap

- Answer No, Best Buy only sells phones that are carrier connected. You’d need to buy a used one that is h locked or direct from Apple.

- Answer That is done by the telecom carrier you select. The phone works fine on WiFi for all other uses besides calls, and if you use WhatsApp or Skype or something, you don't even need a carrier.
