If you mean can you use the phone just for internet and have wifi at your house through someone like AT&T you can use the phone just for internet. You would not be able to make a phone call.And you would have to be home to use the internet. But if you do not have any internet at all, you would not be able to use the phone for internet. I don't see the point in buying the phone just for this reason.
