A:AnswerI’ve always thought the same thing, no customer loyalty benefits from companies, like this or direct tv, etc, seems like the perks only go to the new customer. That’s why I just gave up and started service hopping. On everything from phones to electricity, to satellite. That’s the only way you can get a good deal anymore, unfortunately, is to either be a new customer, or a “please, we want you back” customer. It’s a hassle, but worth it.
A:AnswerYour best bet is to call the store directly for the most current inventory. The website also allows you to check the store inventory, but I would call so they can do a visual inspection and possibly put a phone on hold for you if needed.
A:AnswerI had no problem trading my phone in two days ago for the new phone and received a gift card. If you traded your old phone into them you receive a gift card. Perhaps check and see if you purchased the phone during the dates that the gift card was being offered.
A:AnswerWell, to my understanding. If you are currently paying off your phone through monthly installments, you are not trading in your phone. You are simply exchanging it for another. If you completed paying off your phone then you may trade it in if you'd like. With this said, it depends on the carrier. Most carriers will let you choose whether you would like 18-24 months to pay your phone off with some perks of Apple's iPhone Forever program that I believe Sprint has. Or you have the option outright pay the full price of the phone upfront and not have to worry about paying a monthly payment on the phone since you paid it all off. It's a lot more helpful to go in store and talk to the representatives in case there are changes, because they always make changes to these, and see what promotions they have as well when purchasing your new phone.
A:AnswerHi, I just traded in three IPhone 6 s 64gb , note; they were bought off already on no lease or Month to month. I traded them in , for the iPhone X and I ended getting the promotion for 350$ credit towards my lease and now I pay $22.22 per line per month on the leases. If I didn’t do that with a regular upgrade from a month to month with out a buy off I would’ve been paying the regular contract lease which it 45.99$ per line per mo. , ok ok I am over it making a review good luck .
