• Apple has not yet released details or release date information for unlocked iPhone Xs. The first shipment will be the carrier locked devices that can be purchased with or without a contract. With the extremely limited supply that is expected with this device, I don't foresee unlocked phones being available for quite some time. Sorry.

• Yes you can when it comes out not sure about thier availability though when it comes out hopefully enough
