The color barely holds up to being in a soft purse pocket or regular pocket or regular wear, I cannot imagine adding water to the equation. I wouldn’t recommend this case if you’re looking for waterproof.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Over time and use the leather will show signs of use like most real leather items. In my experience with this case only oils from handling seemed to show. Water dried off, probably don’t want to submerge it though

It can handle moisture and a few drops or so of liquid, like any leather it dries, but its not something to get wet often, so its more of a showpiece kind of thing. Handles and covers phone nice and minimally. Probably for more refined souls.
