• I had the same issue years ago. 2 things. I had no signal at my home. I called, complained about the lack of signal at my home, and Sprint set me up with a free Cellular booster that feeds off the internet and boosts signal. Only catch is that is has to be plugged into the internet at all times. Second, you can use iPhone’s WiFi calling feature....of course you need WiFi. Other than that, if the area outside of your home has no signal, then switching carriers may be an option. Although, you shouldn’t be in a contract nowadays, carriers did away with that years ago I thought. The only real hitch to your carrier is your phones. You just have to pay off the phones prior to leaving any carrier. Hope this helps. Yankee Fan down south.
