Your basically wanting a Iphone and a data plan for a 200 dollar budget, which is practticly impossible. A used iphone xr costs more than your budget and you still have to save up money for a plan. I would go for a used iphone 8 you can find on other refurbrished sites, and you can get at tello number for a very cheap price. Tello.com is a very cheap way to go for a plan. Make sure the phone your getting is compatible with tello or any other low priced plans.
