You have to order it as a unlocked phone that way no contract is linked to it .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.ATT is offering different deals right now. If you are replacing an existing phone the cost is the list price. If you are adding a new line, they are offering the phone for a significantly lower price. (Note, "activation" is where the SIM is installed and the phone is linked to ATT or Verizon, etc. An unactivated phone does not work) There should be prices for outright purchases for the different companies, but I suspect they are the list price as they aren't guaranteed that you will be a customer for the 24 months.
