A:Answer My phone is new. I bought it in store. When the phones (or anything else) is refurbished it usually lists it as such. As long as is doesn’t say “refurbished” anywhere in the description, then you should receive a brand new phone. If you can get to a store, then I’d suggest you do that. This way if you have any questions or concerns you can ask the phone representatives. They were very helpful with my purchase. Also, you can check the price, (I forgot how much this phone is at full price, but that’s easy to look up.) If it’s not on sale, but being sold at a cheaper price then that’s also an indication that it could be refurbished. Good luck!!
