When I first got mine I saw it wasn’t charging. I noticed I didn’t quite have it pushed down all the way onto the charging connector. My Apple car play was saying “not supported” when I didn’t have it pushed down all the way. Make sure it’s on the charge connector all the way
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.when I first got mine it wouldn't charge while connecting to the phone so I had to charge it by itself and that seems to fix my problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Update your iOS
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you remove the case and re-insert it and it still gives this error the issue may be in the connector either not being properly seated or the connector itself may be defective. I suggest if the issue persists before too much time passes take it to either apple or Best Buy.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you updated to IOS to 12.3 and it should fix it (again should). Old operating systems are not being supported by Apple since they contain bugs and need updating.
