“I get an error message “HDMI output is not supported” trying to access my Directv from my Iphone to a new Samsung TV in my RV. I have tried differnet TVs but get the same message. . I get sound but no video. An ideas??”

I honestly believe this is a glitch with some of these adapters. I have owned several and just a couple of them displayed that message some of the time. Not all the time. Ultimately, a new adapter worked just fine. If I were you, I’d get the receipt and take it back and say it isn’t working properly and see about an exchange. It always worked with a new adapter for me.
