“This Apple adapter appears to have a USB-C connection. There is no mention of it in the overview or in the specs. Does anyone know if the USB-C can be used for charging as well as A/V?”

• This adaptor has a Apple lightning male plug on one end of adaptor and 2 female slots on the other, I don’t believe it’s a usb-c connector. Of the 2 female slots, 1 is for the HDMI to plug into & the other is an Apple lightning slot so you can keep charging your Apple device while using the HDMI to your tv.
