“When attempting to watch Hulu Netflix or prime I only get sound and a black picture I can see my phone on the screen and I can see YouTube on my screen without interruption. Rest get blacked but I hear the sound???”

• That was happening when I using using a cheaper brand, with this Apple one I’ve havnt had any issues with 3 differnt TVs using my apps,

• To help you with the black screen problem, I was wondering if you have all other apps closed while trying to use the AV adapter? Also try cleaning connections in the iPhone plug with alcohol and toothpick (gently)! Try restarting your phone before you begin? Lastly, try a different (short) HDMI cable! Hopefully, one of those ideas will do!
