Your location has little to nothing to do with it. However, if you have your iPhone connected to a monitor or projector, then whatever is seen on your iPhone screen will be viewable and in the case of streaming, your audio will also be heard.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like your trying to do what I attempted with Directv. It didn’t work when I tried to stream video from my iPhone, or iPad, to a tv. Could be something Apple built into the peg roof the cord... could be Directv. I just couldn’t understand why I’m not allowed to do that if I am already paying for the service. Good luck.
