• No, this only supports lightning to 30 pin.

• No. it simply allows you to plug a newer iphone/ipad/ipod that requires the lightning connection to charge/sync to an older 30 pin charger.

• No USB fitting. This is an old style 30 pin male to "lightning" male pin adapter. this will not work from an older phone to a newer phone without an additional adapter.
